Thank you for your interest in becoming an OACTS member. The objective of the Association is to establish and operate a professional and educational platform for Craniomaxillofacial Surgeons based in Ontario. Another key objective is to facilitate and optimize regional access to the necessary expertise for the care of patients with Craniomaxillofacial injuries.
Your application will be peer-reviewed by the OACTS board.
Please ensure that you meet the following criteria:
- FRCSC (or FACS) Board certified, currently in practice and in good standing
- Craniomaxillofacial Fellowship training or demonstrable competency in Craniomaxillofacial trauma management to be assessed by the OACTS Board
- A referral by a current OACTS Member
- Completion of the OACTS Membership Application form (see link below for on-line application submission or down-loadable, fillable Membership Application)
- Include a Digital photo headshot (only if you consent to it being posted on the website)
